Zoom Integration Documentation

Installation

To connect your Zoom account to Klozed.ai:

  1. Log in to your Klozed.ai account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Zoom Integration
  3. Click "Connect Zoom Account"
  4. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection
  5. Once authorized, you'll be returned to Klozed.ai

Usage

Meeting Transcription

Prerequisites:

  • Connected Zoom account
  • Active Klozed.ai subscription

Once connected:

  • Our AI bot will automatically join your scheduled Zoom meetings
  • The bot will transcribe the meeting in real-time and provide insights
  • Access your transcripts and insights from your Klozed.ai dashboard

Uninstallation

To disconnect your Zoom account from Klozed.ai:

Option 1: Through Klozed.ai

  1. Go to Settings > Zoom Integration
  2. Click "Disconnect Zoom"

Option 2: Through Zoom

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for Klozed.ai
  3. Click on the Klozed.ai app
  4. Click Uninstall

Troubleshooting

Bot Not Joining Meetings

  • Verify your Zoom connection is active in Settings
  • Ensure the meeting is scheduled through your connected Zoom account
  • Check that your subscription is active

Missing Transcripts

  • Confirm the bot joined the meeting
  • Verify the meeting audio was working properly
  • Check your dashboard for processing status
